- All commissions are digital goods and will not be shipped.
- JustAni reserves the right to refuse any commission.
- Proper reference must be provided together with your commission order.
- Deadlines must be approved by JustAni beforehand, else refused.
- JustAni has the right to use commissions for self promotions (Examples, Showcase, etc.)
- USING COMMISSIONED PRODUCTS IN ANY BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECHNOLOGY, SUCH AS (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) NFTS, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR AI IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.2. PAYMENTS- An upfront payment of the total project fee must be made in Kofi page. Whitelist slots will be sent invoice via PayPal.
- A small % fee may be added by paypal.3. COPYRIGHT & USAGETHE CLIENT DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REPURPOSE, REDISTRIBUTE OR EDIT ANY OF THE COMMISSIONED PRODUCTS UNLESS AN EXTENDED LICENSE HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY UYU.THE CLIENT IS ENCOURAGED TO CREDIT JUSTANI ON ANY PLATFORM WHERE THE COMMISSION IS DISPLAYED PUBLICLY.4. LICENSESCOMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
